We obtained our second mortgage through Finser Mortgages, and Parry Kalra got us the best rate and terms possible then. Fast forward 2.5 years, we approached Finser again, for a home purchase out of province. Parry was so diligent and committed, and once again got us another great rate with terms suitable to us. He follows up timely, provides regular updates, and at the time of the contract signing with the bank, he not only reads them out but explains what the terms really means, all the pros and cons; so that we could make a well informed decision. Great service, even a more awesome person!

Honestly speaking, I didn't have the best credit that a A Lending institute would even consider me for a home mortgage. After meeting with Team Kalra I decided to apply for it anyways. I was initially told that I may (or may not) be approved by a B Lending institute only, with a interest rate around the 5% mark.I decided to take my chances and met with Parry. The hour long meeting became 1.5 hours where he meticulous explained to me all the roadblocks and the detours available, and provided me with valuable consultation on how to best proceed with my mortgage application. In under 2 days he had 2 approvals for me, but both for a high interest rate. I had less than a few hours to decide or the offers would be retracted. He then provided me consultation for other possible banks and we decided to proceed with the final option available to me, and waited another day. We heard the good news soon after, that I was approved for best mortgage rate. I soon became a House owner and this is all thanks to Parry and Team Kalra.
