Trail Appliances

We went in on Sunday knowing what model of washer and dryer we wanted so that part was easy but Tim was very helpful nonetheless. He did not try to upsell anything nor was he pushy in any way. He was friendly and even told us what days he was working should we have any questions - this info was also on his business card. The set we wanted was on a limited time sale at several other retailers as well but they were either only available online or was on special order with a wait of 8 to 16 weeks! Tim advised they typically make sure they order enough stock, for promotions or otherwise, well in advance. The set got delivered two days later (today). They called me the day prior to confirm our address & assured me someone would call again the day of to confirm the time. Someone called me this morning, confirmed the address & gave me a 3 hour window as to when i can expect the delivery. The delivery persons were very careful, quick and efficient and got it all done in 20 min. (we didn’t have old pieces that needed to be hauled away). Very happy with our experience thus far. Hope any future experiences with Trail will be just as positive.

We were helped by matched. Very friendly and knows his stuff. Great selection of appliances. A bit pricey so if you can wait for a sale, you would get a great deal

We were greeted by Neera when we entered the store. She was patient and knew her stuff. The experience was seamless and I would shop at Trail Appliances North again just because of my experience with her.

Sales staff sent us all over town on misinformation and when confronted about it they tried to gaslight and say they didn't. The appliances purchased were also full of dents and scratches upon receiving them when they were purchased full price brand new. Don't recommend, there's better quality and priced appliance stores in the city.

Recently had to buy a new washing machine. Devon helped us find the perfect machine for our family: he was knowledgeable, up-front, and fair. Prices were reasonable and there was no pressure to purchase the most expensive item nor pressure to purchase immediately. Also had a great experience with their delivery /install team: very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond for the client. Highly recommend.

We had great service from Trail Appliances, from the purchase of our new KitchenAid dishwasher to the delivery, installation of the new appliance and removal of the old dishwasher. Travis, the young man who installed our new dishwasher, was very knowledgeable, pleasant and did a great job. Thanks Trail Appliances!

Purchased all my new appliances today, washer and dryer, stove , refrigerator, microwave oven , stand up freezer , dishwasher, natural gas BBQ and wine cooler I was surprised by the total cost, way below my budget I couldn't be happier, the staff where very helpful and knowledgeable pertaining to all their products wide variety of makes and models on display great location aswell.

Having shopped at Trail in Saskatoon I knew I wanted to find a store in Alberta after moving and needing all new appliances. I found Tim Garritty at Trail Appliances at the North store and I couldn't be happier! His knowledge and patience was exceptional. His service was excellent and he ensured all went smoothly for pickup as we had to travel remote with our appliances. Thanks Tim for a great shopping experience!

This is the most useless company I have ever seen. I bought a softner from them through my builder and it was installed in the wrong spot. They did not call me before intallation after telling them to do so. Can you imagine that a the kitchen sinks were bypassed and now telling me I would be paying for the chnage? A rep called me and telling me that I was angry, no I wshopuld have been pleased with your poor work and lack of regards for your customer.

I went to Trail Applicances as I needed a new dryer and fridge. Neera Sahdev approached me as I walked in to just let me know she would be available if I should have any questions. Turns out I did have quite a few questions. Neera answered my many quesions, stayed patient while I was going back and forth between appliance sections and had a very professional manner. I only went in to price out the appliances, but was so happy with my experience, largly because of Neera, I walked out with a dryer, fridge, and dishwasher. Delivery was quick and the delivery men were also very professional and pleasant to work with!!
