Tour East Holidays

I been trying for 2 weeks to call , I also knocked on their office door no answer .. possibility the company is shut down

Have tried numerous phone numbers and cannot get through to anyone, very horrible experience

Came here to collect a contest prize. Very profession. Big spacious office.

Unfortunately they have no power to help. The airline changes the flight schedule and if you request a change to another flight you are supposed to pay 500$ as change fee. Needs to step up and challenge airlines more

Absolutely terrible experience, 0/5. The driver was lazy and kept trying to skip sight-seeing stops, on top of that the driver takes unnecessary detours and gets lost to waste time and then asks for overtime pay. Ridiculous. He also suggested the worst places to eat dinner and on top of that, I only felt safe in one of the six different hotels that we stayed at and we were supposedly given 3+ star hotels (a total lie, one of the hotels looked like a refugee camp). This was a waste of my time and money and I don't have anything good to say about it. Honestly I've had a better experience with $99 tours offered by other companies and this tour costed upwards of $1000. I absolutely do not recommend.

We have travelled to several countries with Tour East. The agents are wonderful and go out of their way to make every trip memorable. Especially want to thank Mojtaba for all his help.

It is only the head office,not a retail store. Their branch on Finch and Leslie was permanently closed

Terrible. No one answers phones or returns messages. I have no faith in them.

The consultant was very professional. Good pricing. Would recommend.
