I bought a car from here about 2 months ago, before purchasing the car we spoke about what would need to be done for safety and to fix what needed to be fixed. he came off as an honest and trustworthy guy. As the day of pickup for my vehicle came, main concern had not been fixed. even tho we have previously wrote down on the bill of sale from the week before i left a deposit for the the vehicle that everything would been fixed and this is also a safety issue. he also included warranty for my vehicle and told and wrote down on the bill of sale that it was a 24 months unlimited KM warranty. he assured me that he would address my concern it and would schedule a time to get it done. I called numerous times and nobody picks up nor does he reply back to my text messages. i have text messages of him saying he would have this issue fixed and he does not get back to me. when i called through my warranty they told me that i only had 3 months and not the 24 months as i had discussed and on my bill of sale. also there is no longer the note of the issue i wanted to be fixed when i bought the vehicle on the bill of sale as there was a note before on the bill of sale the day i left a deposit. I am very annoyed and quite disappointed with the customer service i have gotten. I still have yet to hear from him. he lied to me saying he submitted a claim and updated my warranty and when i called warranty to confirm there were no claims nor was my warranty updated to the 24months as we discussed. at this point I am looking to file a claim with OMVIC to address my matters as this is unlawful and the car was not safetied correctly. nor were the prior concerns fixed!

He goes by the name George. He's a known scam artist and told me that he replaced many parts that he did not. I would recommend you not to go here and instead do yourself a favor and go to another mechanic.

Do you want to have a headache with your car? Come to this place. I took my car to them for regular oil change, they never changed it but they charged me like it was the best and most exclusive shop in town. I know people who has bought a car to them and the car was a nightmare and they also offer a extended warranty which never existed.

Bought my 2017 Mercedes Benz C300 here. Best car I’ve ever had and George is the best to deal with. Gave me a great deal and even changed my oil for free! Definitely going back.

Don't trust this guy. I bought a BMW X5 from him which took more than a month to be delivered. At the time of the purchase I included an extended warranty that happened not to exist when needed. After taking my car to replace some parts at his shop (after 2 weeks and 1500$), I realized that same old parts were still fixed to the car, nothing got replaced. Even worse, some of my personal valuables were stolen while my car was at his shop, he did not take any responsibility. Worst automotive experience I have ever had.

These guys hand out fake safeties like it’s candy. I will never buy a used car with a safety from this place ever again! The second you walk into this shop you know something isn’t right! They do work for you and don’t even give a receipt lol. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen! The owner is a terrible human who could care less who he screws! Even the person in line ahead of me while I was there was complaint about terrible service as well! She was saying who ever did work on her car stole from her! Stay away from this place, these people should be in jail! STAY AWAY!!!!

Reasonable garage to get car your fixed. Genuine rates provided by the mechanic. I mean $30 for synthetic oil change with filter, no one does that in London. George is knowledgeable when it comes to european cars and very dedicated to his work. They went above and beyond fixing my car!

This guy is really know how to talk and is a big scammer, he don’t care about anything expect the money. He will seek any opportunity to rip you off, I paid over two hundred dollars for no service and left my car with him for ten days. He always have plenty of excuses. 0 customer service. Don’t go to this store ever.

ScamHe is a smooth talker and a perfect scammer. I will never suggest anyone to go there and get scammed. I asked them to do the four break service and undercoat. I came in early to the shop and went for a breakfast. The work was finished. It made me curious and i had to show it to another mechanic shop and they told me break service is not at all done and the undercoat is not done properly. I went there another day to talk with them about this…i asked them to do the undercoat again…while doing it i showed another spot i thought needed undercoat…the mechanic threw the can and yelled at me. When asked about the break service…they told they cant do it in the back tyres….They are full of scammers…if by chance you are going there…keep a recording video….they will change their words and also i will suggest you to not go anywhere else while you do the repairs.They will scam you once they get the chance.
