I had misplaced my son's apartment key and he had no way to get in. I called Integrity Locksmithing and Randy answered my call. He was so understanding and willing to come to my son's aid on last minute notice. Fortunately, we found my son's key at a local store where we had shopped the night before, so I called Randy back immediately to let him know. He was grateful that I had informed him and was happy that everything worked out. Randy was willing to go above and beyond to help us. I would definitely recommend his service if ever you find yourself locked out. Very pleased!

Expensive, destructive, and messy. Do not recommend. During their visit they put their tools on other tradesman's ladder without asking, left wood shavings on the floor without cleaning, left pieces of old locks lying around, didn't take off boots, and left a large hole in the door frame where a night latch had been. In total 3 locks changed, 2 rekeyed, 4 keys cut ($10 each!) all for $500. The locks are good....The service and care was not. I paid the full bill promptly, but when discussing the cost of locksmith work they noted on how lucrative it was in comparison to other trades. This left me pretty annoyed.

Called Randy as I had lost the keys to my property. He thoroughly explained the process should I require the new keys. The keys were found later fortunately but on a moment's notice, Randy was ready to come provide assistance.

I have a cottage that I was unable to attend in order to have a combination door lock / handle installed. I contacted Integrity Locksmithing and provided details of my need, with directions. The work was completed the next day, and he fixed some other issues with the door at the same time. He messaged me updates of progress and pictures of the completed work. Job was more than expected, and I was able to pay over interact e-transfer the quoted price. I would recommend this business.
