FGS Tile and Grout Professional Bathroom Restoration

We are so happy we chose FGS. Ronal and his son worked on our floors for 6 or more hours. They took their time, did not rush and the tiles, which are 11 years old, now look like the were installed yesterday.We had our kitchen tiles, bathroom and front entrance done by FGS, after our kitchen renovation. We are sohappy we chose to keep the tile and save ourselves a lot of money and delay. Ronal also explained how to keep our “new” floors looking new forever. They were very professional and pleasant and explained each step at all times during the process.

Ronal and his son were very helpful to repair a leaking shower in our master bath. Some reconstruction was needed and the stone work completed was done very neatly. Regrouting and resiliconing also completed within price quoted. The shower looks amazing now. They were very professional, completely cleaned up after the work was complete. Highly recommend this company.

I initially sent out a number of e-mails, requesting quotes for fixing the grout in my bathtub tiles. Completely removed damaged grout from our master shower walls, ceiling and floor while preserving our tiles. Completely cleaned and sanitized, re-grouted and siliconed. Our shower looks new and we have prevented any water damage. I am also happy that we were able to keep all our existing tiles so that we didn't have to completely redo our bathroom. Father and son team are super professional and respectful of our home, managing the dust, debris and cleanup. My neighbours already plan to use them.

I hired Ronal to re-grout and seal my shower and to clean the main floor tile and grout. He and his son did a phenomenal job! After they meticulously cleaned the shower and re-grouted it I was amazed. We have lived in this house for 16 years (from when it was brand new) and when I saw the shower after they were done, it brought back memories of when we first moved in when it was brand new! They were very clean and made sure the dust didn't get anywhere. I would highly recommend them. They replaced many broken tiles in my shower and replaced a broken tile on the main floor. They are very good at what they do. I contacted Ronal based on reviews on google and homestars. I am very happy I did! Very satisfied customer, and I am very picky!!

Because of leaks I had to remove and re apply grout and silicon. I have to say that the work was very professional and on time. Every detail was looked after. The leaks are taken care of and the shower look amazing, better than new. Fantastic work!!!

Bathtub tiles needed to be replaced after they were removed to install new mixing valve. While doing this Ronal and his team installed a new backing board that was an improvement over the previous installation.They did a great job working in a tricky space with great results, left the area very clean, and were in and out within a few hours.

This review is a year in waiting, as last year Ronal and his son came to my home to regrout the shower stall, as well as recaulk all the bathtubs and sinks. They were very professional in their workmanship. There was so much dust in the bathroom during the removal of the grout, but it was completely spotless (absolutely not a speck of dust) in the bathroom when they were done! Even my mirror was shinier than before they came. They left the washroom/bathroom in better condition than when they arrived. It was a 2 day job, and they do arrive at times later than the scheduled time, but they stayed well past dinner time to finish up. Ronal gave me tips on how to clean the tiles and sink area, and now a year later, it still looks as good as when they left. No signs of mold.

We are very satisfied with the bathroom rejuvenation work that FGS (Ronal and his son) did in our home. The work began as scheduled and they worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. The work was on budget, looks great and they did an excellent job cleaning up the site upon completion of the work. We highly recommend Ronal and FGS for tile installation and renovation work.

I had FGS come in and do a re-grouting job on my shower and I am blown away at the amazing work they did!! I met with Ronal and his son and they were both very professional and proficient! They came through when other tile grout places failed me. I had work done by another place and was sorely disappointed. Ronal came in on time,on budget and left the work area spotless and my shower looks fabulous. They were able to replace a couple of cracked tiles and made my shower look brand new! I'm very happy with the work they did and I would highly recommend their work to anyone!
