Got alignment done on a bmw x5. They did an amazing job. Gave me a print out and asked if I was good with the outcome. Car drives perfect now. Will only go to them for future alignment .

Fantastic location, not only is their prices the best I’ve found anywhere but the customer service and service they do on my vehicle is all perfection! Always deal with Dustin when I’m in and is always giving 5star service with a smile! I only go to this location since I’ve moved to barrie. Dustin and the rest of the staff at Action Tire (Point-S) are very helpful, quick, and efficient. I was able to find the appropriate tire brand and model at their location. I ordered the tires online and they called me soon after to book the appointment for installation. The installation was quick and they have a quiet and comfortable waiting area if you happen to be waiting on-site. Overall I'm very happy with the experience and result. Excellent service, staff, and location. What more could you ask for?

Well first of all Action Tire is fantastic. I broke down on the weekend and wasn't even sure what it was. Someone at work suggested I take it here. I phoned them on Monday and Mary Ann (who is just a great person) told me to bring it over. I had it towed that night and by the next day at noon it was ready. Saved me a weeks worth of a rental. I will most definitely be bringing it back for any future repairs I need. Outstanding Service. Thank you

My wife took our vehicle in for a Road Force balance, printer was broken that day, up-sold her all the all the wheel nuts ( old ones were fine) still had a vibration….. took it somewhere else. Had it road forced balanced, vibration is now gone. You’ve been warned!Lol, they would like have another look now that they got caught. Maybe next time, try to not rip off your customers. Then you won’t have to do the work over again and waste my time and money. You can keep the perfectly fine wheel nuts too! I hope it was worth it.

Bought new Pirelli tires for my car. Very professional atmosphere with great customer service. Waiting room is spacious with a TV and free coffee.Best thing was how clean my car was when I got in it. The technicians did not make a mess or dirty my car.
