European Master Goldsmith

Meeting Igor has been such a pleasure! I went to European Master Goldsmith's to have two custom pendants made. He was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the process and together, we were able to come up with a beautiful and unique design. I immediately took comfort in knowing I was dealing with someone who was honest, respectful and not looking to take advantage of customers. I am fortunate to have met Igor and look forward to a lifelong professional relationship with European Master Goldsmith. After back and forth discussion regarding design we came up with the perfect pendants. And trust me when I say that I am a tough customer to please. He went over and above and his main goal in mind was to make me happy. The end result, two beautiful pendants with my kids initials on them. The best part, their fingerprints are engraved on the back of each pendant by laser! I have included photos…the compliments I receive are endless!! I am so grateful for Igor and all his talents.

I was looking for somewhere to have my new ring sized and found Igor online. I read all of the wonderful reviews and figured I'd give it a shot. Well, all the reviews are true. What amazing customer service. Dropped off my ring on Friday and had it back by Tuesday. He will definitely be my new jeweler from here on out. Thank you Igor!

We first went to Igor in 2014, when he was recommended by a friend. Igor designed my eternity band and did an excellent job and I love it. So fast forward to 2022 we trusted him again to design a ring for my son to propose to his girlfriend. My son picked out the diamond and provided Igor with pictures. Igor did his magic and my son got a ring exactly the way he envisioned it. Igor is amazing and honest and he goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend him to everyone I know.

I recently walked into European Master and got first class friendly service. I needed 2 rings sized and Igor really helped me understand that the diamond in the ring can fallout any time. He fixed, sized, and shinned it like new. I had them fixed within days, and he was totally honourable with my budget.This place is the best, he found a customer forever!!! Thank you Igor!!!

I took a very sentimental ring to Igor that was damaged and quite worn. Igor assured me that he could not only repair my ring, but do so in a more than reasonable amount of time and for a fair price.When I went to pick up my ring, I was absolutely shocked. My ring not only had a new lease on life, but it looked just as good (If not, better) than the day I bought it.I seldom leave reviews, but this man's quality of work and professionalism is at a level few can compete with.

I read many reviews before coming to European Master Goldsmith run by Igor and I am extremely happy I did. Best service I have ever had in any store. I had a pendant made for my wife with 5 birth stones and they were all top notch stones (emeralds, diamond, topaz and amethyst) for the price. The pendant was beautiful. I want to thank Igor for the service and fine jewelry he creates. I highly recommend!!
