Be careful buying from this company. After having to return a purchase due to color in showroom being different than at home I was double charged to the tune of more than $ 10,600.. wouldn’t refund my money until 1 week after the double charge. Manager said this happens alot. VP of Furniture & Recreation would not return my call. Blamed it on a third party “Global”. Seems to me that they are using customers cash to bolster their own cash flow. Only a company in financial trouble would resort to his.

Just wanted to give a big thank you for the absolute best in service this week. Bonnie and the three apples high lady working there got things done promptly and efficiently. You both helped make our mother and our sister much more comfortable and happy. We can't thank you both enough. We will be back our next trip to NL.
