Ontario Works

I find it amusing that, you can't afford a computer or internet, when you live in OW or ODSP. I can go shopping, ride a bus but I can't use the OW ones at a government office. 17 months into a pandemic, Doug Ford can go anywhere and I can't use a computer to survive or start a file with another Ontario office.

Office is open at 8 but phone is never on then how does that make sense

There's a tune; it says you shouldn't take advantage of who you are. Or the power you hold.

Excellent, professional, willing to help you out if you are seeking help under honest intentions of being unable to find a job lots of excellent resources and opportunities to find work, they make it very easy to find employment and or resources needed for better life living. I have a injury from 2017 and have been trying not to go on disability cause I am not yet 40 and there is the means to help get me better but happened at home so I have no coverage not eligible for ODSP anyway as I have a back injury and they deny you up 4 times before they accept and I don't have the 360 to pay for paper work just to be denied,they will work with you if you are honest with them about your financial situation and your goals for securing a income and your future goals and if you have a injury like me they help point you in the right direction

Very helpful other OW offices like the Kitchener Waterloo office wont see you same day if you don't have an appointment if you have phone trouble just drop in and they will be happy to help you asap!

Went yesterday during normal and posted buisness hours, to arrive at a sign saging they are cutting back 30 min for summer hours". They cant even both to change the hours and notify people. Otherwise helpful."

Staff are constantly confused by scheduling appointments on the wrong day or what the policies are regarding transit assistance. Not an efficient office whatsoever.
