Customer BEWARE!! These people are sketchy. Scam artists. Are NOT trustworthy. They invoiced me for parts they didn't replace. The callout service was a joke. Made multiple excuses as to why they couldn't make it out to look at it, this went on for a month. Go elsewhere for your hot tub needs.

Excellent customer service from initial quote to the end job. I was concerned that my hot tub was beyond repair - I was assured this was not the case and with a few small changes it is now working better than it ever did. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to other hot tub owners. Friendly and reliable service - I am a happy customer.

We had a leaky jetted tub pump and we call for service Western Tub and Pool and two technicians arrived to our home to find a lousy builder inspection and 1FT by 1 FT opening and no room to work on the pump. But they managed to remove the faulty pump and after they rebuild it in shop in the next day we had a working tub. Good PR and we recommend this company for the nice work .

So let me tell you about this company and their employees. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I found this company on Facebook Marketplace. My hot tub which was purchased from World of Spas, had an issue with the spa pack controller board. I had another company who I was gonna use, but every time I went to buy my supplies from them, they would kick my tub down. So I chose not to use them. This company has been maintaining my tub for a year now. I never had any issues with them. Today they came to drain,clean, and fill my tub. The guy that came out was an awesome person. Don't call anyone else.. call these guys instead. Really really happy with them.
