The owners seriously need to consider moving the electronic dart board game. Imagine dancing when suddenly the dancefloor becomes completely lit up, bright as day, because someone wants to play darts" on this huge and extremely bright machine. It was distracting and offensive. Many people asked the bartender if we could unplug it

Love what they've done with this space. Alot more open now with some nice seating. Beer selection is ok and cocktails are nice. Lighting setup is good but the sound system is really lacking. It's in need of a serious upgrade. Would love to see this place host more electronic music.

I was sad that zaphods closed down but I'm glad they renovated and made the 27 club. It doesn't quite have the rustic feel of zaphods but some of the elements are still there. It is nice and the renovations were done right to make the place seem even bigger. Nice job!

The drinks are overpriced but I like the decor. They really improved the layout compared to when it was Zaphods. I enjoy their Indie nights.

Paid $20 for what was supposed to be a Taylor Swift night and it was an absolute rip off. The DJ was HORRIBLE. He basically hit play on a playlist with no transitions that only played the occasional Taylor song.

Went for emo night last night and the bartender was interrogating me for ordering 2 non alcoholic beverages. He asked if I was the designated driver, I said no. Then he asked why I was just ordering orange juice, I said because I don't want alcohol. Then he told me that was suspicious".I already had a few drinks at that point and I wanted something non alcoholic to sip on so I could pace myself.Tampon/pad bins in the women's washroom was completely full and unless every single woman in the club was menstruating last night

Lots of seatings, large clean washrooms, good prices, fast staff, and a large stage for performers. Bar is cash only, so make sure to bring some.
