Moves here from Planet Ice (never had any problems there) and Apparently when you ask questions or need help in something you as a parent are being difficult. So the best case scenario was to not let my kid skate. Good job on customer service. Never seen anything like this in my life. Disrespect on so many levels.

The canskate program is a joke! It never starts on time, plus there is no instruction at all. Basically, U just pay to get on the ice and teach urself. Don’t waste ur money going to this club!

First time visiting this place for ice skating. the facility is well maintained, staff are super friendly. I would consider trying out the rest of the facility.
