Northern Property Management

The absolute worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. These guys give slum Lords a bad name.As a property owner you will be overcharged for horrible service while they rent to the absolute worst tenants possible. They will charge you to place the tenants, charge you to repair the damage their tenants caused, charge you to evict them, charge you to clean out the garbage, all the while not bothering to collect rent.Rinse and repeat.This company will bankrupt you if you make the mistake of hiring them to manage your property. I wish I could leave zero stars.*Edit - How could I have left out the worst part. I caught his employees on camera pissing in the garbage can and sink. Unbelievable

I was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism of Northern Property. I called them inquiring about their potential services and they were able to build a package for my specific needs focusing on areas that I deemed most important. I cannot thank them enough for the hard work that they are doing for my investments. And would definitely recommend them!

I have recently required the services of Northern Property Management which is now under new management and I have nothing but good things to say about there service. I don't have to collect rent anymore or handle any issues pertaining to my properties. Its so nice to get away and not have to worry about a call for a leaky pipe or whatever. I just want to thank you guys for your great service. Keep up the great work PS I also would like to thank there great staff for all the good work they do.

A really bad, terrible, awful, and truth-less service. A deceptive company. After signing the lease, Melissa, the owner gradually stop responding and giving me a follow-up. Always no-reply! Always transfer to the voicemail. Her service caused me to delay finding a tenant for two months and they cheated and took 2 months rent , still not able to find themNever ever try this service!! Time-saving and money saving.

First North Property management helped me find a beautiful/modern unit in a great area, at a reasonable price point in today’s market. Along with this, my property manager is always quick to respond and resolve any concerns. Nothing but good things to say about this company.

Since Northern Property Management came under new ownership, I have nothing but good things to say! The new owners are absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable when it came to renting my properties! I was quite pleased with how thorough they actually were. And the office staff is fabulous. You really couldn't ask for better service! If you are thinking about hiring a property management company to run your properties, I highly recommend Northern Property Management! You definitely will not regret it!

Terrible property management company. Melissa would not return calls for weeks at time. Was not managing the property well. Did not do proper background checks on tenant. Would not return calls from tenants. Always received payments late.

Owner Melissa, collected rent from my tenants and then never sent it to me. After threatening the police she gave me some but the rest is still owing and she won’t reply calls or texts! Owner has been to jail in 2020 for stealing over $300k so do not use her! Google her name first! Lesson learned

I hired Northern Property Managers just over a year ago. At first things were ok but I recently had to go my separate ways from them because I was receiving invoices for rent collected that I would never get sent to me. My last contact with Melissa the owner was Oct 10th of this year and in that conversation she assured me I would receive my rent payments that she collected but I never did and I had to actual terminate our contract because since that day she has not returned a single one of my emails or calls. I worry for Tennant's as well that she may be collecting your rent and not giving it to your landlord giving you a bad standing with them when you do not deserve that. I advise anyone reading this do not take a chance here make sure you go with a properly qualified property manager. I can only give you my experience. She has cost me time and money and still has not given me the keys to my property back.Melissa if you read this I would like you to call me to discuss the rent still owing to me. A reply to my complaint on this site will answer my question that I'm probably never getting that that money sent to me, but I would like the keys to my property back.

Poor quality rental properties with extremely high rental rates. The window in my bedroom has been leaking since I moved in and the wall surrounding it is rotting. The landlord looked at it, acknowledged it needed to be repaired and then stopped responding to my emails for three months.Very unprofessional.
