I was in the store during their 25% off sale and was very pleased with the customer service at this location. I went to return my items that I had bought on the Thursday (before the sale) the cashier I believe Christina was her name let me know that the sale was starting from the Friday to the Sunday. She suggested I buy my items and come back with my receipt this weekend to get a price adjustment with the sale discount. I had the pleasure of having Christina as a cashier again, she went above and beyond as an employee. Was extremely kind, patient, and very genuine. Not once did she make me feel like a chore or that I was wasting her time. Which sadly is hard to come by in the customer service industry; this girl hands down needs a raise! The associate Kendra was also very kind and from both associates I could see what a positive environment the staff creates. Thanks Christina and Kendra for your amazing service this weekend! 100% would recommend this Marks location.

The amount of actual work wear for woman in this store is very sad. When asking about clothing for welding which is pretty much anything 100% cotton the told me I was out of luck or I could shop in the men's section. I would head over to work authority instead. They don't discriminate.

LISTEN UP WORKING LADIES!I’m gonna tell you right now, over the last 8 months I have tried on every single pair of shoes that Mark’s carry’s and I’m gonna tell ya what’s up.So maybe I’m a little troll, I’m not sure, I do have what I would consider wider than average feet, however, that is not the problem. The problem is, in most/all steel toed shoes I have tried they rub my heels the wrong way and cause insane/massive blisters which result in extreme agony for my entire shift.I have also tried on/bought a variety of steel toed shoes at Walmart from both the high/low ends of the scale they carry and I am also taking all those shoes I have tried into consideration when writing this.So the best safety shoes out there are the sketchers pictures below right now full price $100.00, I also have not one, but two pairs of about - $200 Timberland boots pictured below, that although they are very comfortable/definitely a difference between these and low end shoes - the SKETCHERS ARE SUPERIOR!I know ladies - TRUST ME - I want to be a hot factory girl/wear Timberland boots too, I feel you. Buy the sketchers. No, before you ask, the other colours of sketchers aren’t as good, and no, these don’t currently come in other colours. I feel you, I get it.FYI - I did order cushioned heel guards from Amazon (only place I could find them) which I think/feel strongly will be a solution to my $200 Timberland boots being sold/donated.FYI 2 - if you buy additional cushion insoles for safety shoes - I recommend ones that are like “air” as opposed to massage gel; because safety shoes are already so heavy, the air ones are just as good as the massage ones just less dense.FYI 3 - if you need some bandaids make sure you actually ask the pharmacist the best first aid treatment because you need to buy the special bandaids that actually bend/contour.P.S - you might even think this is paid promotion but TBH you couldn’t pay someone to write as passionately as I feel about this topic.P.S.S - attached are are necessary photos including photos of my foot for your reference.

Worse Experience ever !!!! If you buy anything in sale, I would suggest select the item and pay right away. Because they change sale hourly basis or may be in short time. They accept that thing!!! but did not sell in sale price. Quality clothes but Very disappointed this place. Total Time westing!!!!! Not recommend. Thanks!!

Love the selection and quality of all Mark's products. My favourite clothing store to shop at. Excellent selection of workwear and casual wear. The staff is helpful and friendly. The store is always kept tidy. Plus I can get and use triangle points.

One of the larger stores, clean, bright. Not a lot of staff to answer questions. Seems oddly expensive for clothing that gets destroyed quickly. I buy the Wind River thermal wool socks, have been for 30+ years. Warm, long lasting. I'll keep buying them. :)
