Greg did a great job repairing the damage caused by the last installer (me), and did a proper and solid installation. The toilet he recommended was the best we've ever used. And he offered lots a good advise for other plumbing related renovations we're planning for the future.

Greg from Famel Plumbing was absolutely awesome.He installed a new outdoor spigot and changed an existing one for me. The work was completed quickly and professionally. All plumbing lines were appropriately braced and solder joints clean.I will not hesitate to call Famel Plumbing for *all* my plumbing needs!

I have known Greg for a few years now from when I was selling real estate and had clients that needed his services. Since then I have used his services personally as well as for my friends. He has always been responsive to my calls and if he is busy always calls me back in a reasonable time. With respect to his work he is knowledgeable and has many years of experience and is willing to take on any size of job whether a small one like replacing a faucet of valve or a large whole house job. I respect his honesty when quoting a job. He lets you know the cost of the parts and his fee for labor so there are no questions later. I recently needed him to replace a flush valve in my toilet. Originally I went to another plumbing company for a quote and I first of all had to pay $45.00 for the first visit and then the quote was out of this world. When I contacted Greg he knew exactly what I needed and quoted me over the phone and fixed it the next day. No ridiculous visit fee. Total cost was more than half the quote I had from the other plumbing company. I was very pleased. I would use Famel Plumbing again and strongly recommend his services to others.

The person I have been leaving several messages finally called back and WAS VERY RUDE TO ME. He called me in the middle of a client zoom call whom I was coaching and while I put my client on hold, I started to explain what I need. He interrupted, and was rude to me over the phone then hung up on me...when I called back again, he didn't answer the call. IF YOU WANT RUDENESS, go ahead, call them, I had enough of this Greg guy, or whoever he is! Within 10 min. I found another plumbing service who answered IN PERSON (not a virtual agent!!) right away and got a COURTEOUS, NICE LADY TALK TO ME, GET MY DATA, REQUEST and I felt appreciated and taken care of. I have been dealing with people ALL MY LIFE ..and this kind of rudeness especially shared in social media just won't cut it anymore! I hope this serves as a good lesson to this company today! If not..well..IT IS THEIR LOSS...
