Feb. 6, 2018 Called the company about interaction with one of their transports. Totally understand they have to block both lanes while backing into the Maple View Redemption Center located on the 385. The Center is on a knoll and it’s a very busy road. The transport drivers attention should totally be on the vehicle he’s driving AND the vehicles on the road. This particular driver was blocking both lanes while backing up, steering with one hand, and cell phone attached to his ear with the other. As I was stopped waiting for him to finish I took pictures and as soon as I was home called the company. Was transferred to someone who said it would be taken care of as “cell phone use while driving was against company policy”, I’m positive it’s breaking a law as well!! Oh, and he waved with one finger all the while using his cell phone and backing up...the hand that was steering was the one that came up to wave....Was reassured by the one I talked to that at 8 on Feb. 7 he’d be having a meeting with said driver and I’d get a call back. Nice safety procedures GM Rioux!!!! My kids and I will thank you the next time we see him and he runs us over.

The owner Melanie is a wonderful lady ... Everyone i talked to was very professional and friendly. Very nice equipment and an all around great company.....
