Castilleja Labradors

We have had several labs from this breeder. Always great dogs. Smart, mannerly, very trainable, and fantastic family dogs.

We have had 3 yellow labradors from Castilleja. Our first past away at 13, and we currently have an 11 year old girl, and her 7.5 year old half brother.The dogs have amazing temperament, and excellent health. Our vets ( old one retired) have always complimented our dogs for outstanding coats, attitude, and wellness- ans they see a LOT of labradors.When we walk our boy we are constantly stopped and told how gorgeous he is.The breeders itself is no frills - BUT none of that we pick the puppy for you nonsense. We even got to meet the parents, grandparents, and some great grandparents! The lady who runs it is known for her training and breeding throughout the labrador community.Will definitely be back for #4...but hopefully not too soon.

Thank You! - We received a brown chocolate lab name, Sophie from a fellow who was unable to keep her - he got her threw Castilleja Lab Breeders / she was a magnificent animal, sweet, loving - a bit crazy at times - we had her for 15 years. I worked at home for 14 of those years, and was retired for the last year of Sophie‘s life - today our hearts are broken. we had to put her down last night. It was awful as everyone knows - It’s too early to get a new dog - but when we do, we will definitely keep you guys in mind! Allen Katimi was the original owner April 2007 was the purchase date

This is our first lab from Castilleja Labs have had many labs overs the years I will have to say they are well worth the wait willow is the most gentlest smartest and most loving lab that I have ever owned.. will be getting on the list for another very soon

Castillja Labradors are extremely professional. We purchased Max at 4 months old and he was the most amazing dog. Since he was a bit older, they had already trained him, he was amazing. The whole experience from start to finish was amazing! We WILL be back!

Our beautiful boy is very loving and was so easy to train. We could have not asked for a better dog. The breeder came highly recommended by a friend who got her two labs from Joan and I am so gladly we listened.

We got a healthy, handsome brown lab from Joan. He was a great family dog.
