Rude, disrespectful and insulting.Overpriced jewelry sold at triple the market price.Beware of the difference in quality they will bring out 14k, 18k and 24k and swap it back and forth so you would be paying higher quality jewelry and receiving lower quality.Avoid at all cost. You have been warned.

The owners helped us with a gold and diamond heart necklace which needed to be polished. They made it look absolutely beautiful and as new , see pictures. They were very friendly and helpful with answering all of our questions - they genuinely cared. I would highly recommend this place for solid experience when it comes to jewelry, good prices, amazing detailed cleaning work and a pleasant setting. See below for before and after pictures.

I came here looking for an engagement ring. Seen other people browsing for the same thing as well but left disappointed as customer service is down the drain. Explains for why there's low reviews for this place. The people that run this place are not friendly at all. For all people that's in the same position as me, look for a place that would provide good customer service so that the after support is there.

Don't come here. The owner (older gentleman) is arrogant, gave me a hard time when I inquired about some sizing. The lady sounded nice in the beginning but really is deceitful. Poor business practices.

Just because the store is located in a busy mall this store is relatively busy. There is no much selection and the staff does not appreciate questions. There is room for improvement in customer service. There are many genuine gem stones from different places in the world.

I've been bringing my business here few times already and I must say it's a small jewellery store in Mississauga but they have a wider variety of selections than most stores. Tam and Nancy helped us pick out our engagement rings and we're truly satisfied with their service and honest opinions. I'm shocked to see that there are quite a few bad reviews on here, and I'm sad to know that they've had a bad experience with the owners. They're honestly genuine folks who want to help. I guess my only suggestion for future shoppers deciding on which store to shop at would be not to trust the reviews and just let your experience speak for itself.

it's a typical, Asian family mom and pop shop. If you wanted something specific they are good for that but if you wanted to window shop go to People's or something. I wont rate but comment, but I have to rate because I cant post without rating the post. Stupid internet marketing!
