Great Lakes Water Solutions helped me with awful smelling well water. Adam is extremely experienced in this field of work and answered all my questions professionally and quickly. Kyle and Riley were equally helpful and made time to help me with any additional problems or questions I had.I felt like I could trust GLWS every step of the way and I would easily recommend them to anyone who has water issues.

Steve and his crew - thanks Adam, Riley and Kyle are totally in sync; Adam headed up the job and Steve knew exactly what was happening even when he wasn't on site. Great Lakes is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable company we have ever worked with. Our needs were met instantly and we had an entire water system removed and replaced by lunch. Money well spent and I've never seen a sexier water softener. We will never use another water company.

Outstanding customer service! Steve and Adam are professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through the equipment in my house and educate me. I never felt pressured into any sales. These guys have customer service nailed and it shows. Will definitely be using them for all my future needs and would highly recommend. They don't try to sell you what you don't need and they aren't out to make a fast buck. Pretty rare these days.

Great Lakes Water Solutions is a very professional organization that provided me with quick emergency service for a flood (sump pump issue), and subsequently set me up with a custom water purification/softening system that is awesome. We have crazy iron in our water and have designed a multi-unit system that does just the right job to make the water tolerable. They provide a similar service to a large number of my neighbours, and all the references I checked were really satisfied. Steve, the owner was onsite helping during my emergency and Adam and his crew educated me and set up my water system. Frankly it is rare that you find service folks that take time to explain things properly and will answer the phone when you need them. Great Lakes Water Solutions to the rescue! They really saved us. We are on Georgian Bay and on a well in the Winter. Decided to do an outdoor rink this year and dried up my well pump in the process. It's my wife and 3 year old who woke up to no water. Everyone we called said they couldn't come out until January! Adam called back promptly and said he could get out to us that afternoon, saving us from getting a Hotel. Super friendly and quick service. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes and even came out in a snow storm. I will definitely be calling them for any needed services in the future.

We recently had GLWS install a bottleless filtered water cooler in our Preschool. It was a fast and professional experience, and without a doubt, a money-saving decision.
