It seems that owner's computer is expensive to operate. If you advertised the cost of printing in the front door, please also do mention the computer usage fee you charge.I feel like you probably do not want to do that because it makes you so CHEAP but you are actually!

Efficient, helpful, conveniently located and affordable. We printed 300 pages in black and white on both sides for a good price and in only 10-15min. Binding it was worth the extra cost. I recommend emailing them to print rather than using their computer. Staff were not that smiley but pragmatic and that is fine by me.

DONT RECOMMEND!Pathetic service, the lady at the shop is racist, egoistic, condescending and has a holier than thou attitude, she doesn't understand basic English either. Never seen such a terrible human being before.The staff have no consideration for customer service at all.

My first time at this print shop I only printed two single pages. I used the computer to access my email to print. When I went to pay there was a fee for using the computer for two minutes. Today I asked if I could email them the pdf file to avoid the fee for using the computer. I printed one single black and white sheet of paper. They tried to charge me for the fee again. I explained I didn't use the computer so I shouldn't be charged the fee. The owner ripped up my paper and told me to go somewhere else because I refused to pay the extra fee for a service I didn't use. I looked at the pricing up on the wall and didn't see the fee posted anywhere. For mass printing for businesses I'm sure they're great. For single copies of paper you're better off going to the library.

Had my business cards printed here. Excellent service, cards look great, exceeded my expectations! Customer service was above and beyond. I was able change some colours on the cards, and see them printed before the final batch! Thank you

TOTAL RIP OFF. Do not believe the rates posted all over thier shop because that is not what they will charge you. They charge you 50 cents to print 1 copy in black and white. And $1 service fee" if you send them an email for the staff to print out the forms for you. NEVER AGAIN."

They’ve been there for ages and continues to deliver all the basics and more in-spite of all the challenges of running a small business in a covid era. Reliable and sure enough a place you can count on. I gave up on public libraries long ago….. they’re my place to go for all my printing needs…

There is no quality Guarantee when buying from this store! They're expensive and don't deliver on the higher pricing.I do not recommend this place if you are wanting regular business cards printed, especially business cards with rounded corners. One the actual print and cut itself was flawed, but two, i couldn't even get a full refund!These cards we're priced more expensive than the shop i normally go to. They charged me $72 for 100 business cards and the one in normally go to would charge me $50. And the reason i didn't got to them in the first place was because i was on a time crunch and needed them the next day, which this store was conveniently able to solve this time crunch issue. And for them to charge this much i would expect better quality. But i was mistaken.They showed me a sample before hand of what it would look like, which makes sense. And I saw that they're we're spots of miss print or where it looked like specs of dust. And i thought that it wouldn't look like that on the finished product and maybe it was just an issue with the sample paper. But no, on numerous business cards (I ordered 100) there we're specs of dust or misprint that even when i tried to wipe off it would still be there. Furthermore, the cut of the business cards were subpar, it looks like they use a dull, hand held, pair of scissors. Cuts were inconsistent and not even fully rounded, I would be embarrassed to provide one of these business cards to any of my possible clients.And when i expressed this concern to the store, and granted they did offer to re-print the business cards with more rounded edges. But at that point i just wanted out and wanted a full refund, but they didn't even give me a full refund, they gave me a 50% refund. So they don't provide a quality guarantee, so you can never really be confident that the product is going to come out good or not unless you've tried it before.I can't speak for any other products besides the standard business cards with rounded edges. Maybe some of their other products are good, i have no idea. But for my first time here, i got a bad first impression and I am very displeased with what i bought from this store.

I was preparing for an interview and needed my resume to be printed out. Walked in with a flash drive, spent less than 2 minutes to get several copies on paper. Done.I'm happy with the service and the price. Will definitely come back.
