I'm not sure how I feel about this place. The physios are fine and staff is nice but it feels poorly run. Apart from being kept unnecessarily waiting because receptionists don't communicate clearly with the physio, I was also badly misled on a recent visit: I was booked in for a free consult followup on my brace and they charged me for a treatment" ($80) despite my complaints and raising this with them. While the clinic owner reached out to amend this after I made a direct complaint
