Barb was Amazing to deal with. Just bought a new house and wanted the septic tank pump cleaned out. They were there on time and professional. Will definitely use them again.

Aardvark showed up to my rental and was shown the location of the hatch by the neighbour. He refused to dig or use his locater pole even after I was told over the phone that digging less than 12 was no charge. And anything more would be by the hour. He told me to call him when I found the hatch (which was right were he was originally told). After he completed the job he tried to charge me an extra $150 for the second trip.... The secretary was unprofessional

They were awesome to deal with. I had a septic back up 12/09, I called in the morning and Michel was here as quickly as he could be given my location. He cleaned the tank and checked why it backed up. He found our Sewer Pump had kicked the bucket, but did an inspection of the system to make sure everything else was in good order. I would definitely recommend using Aardvark Pumping. Unfortunately Michel ran over our retaining wall on his way out which destroyed the section so it will have to be replaced, but I would not hesitate to recommend them and/or use them again in the future

We had our septic cleaned by Aardvark this week and they did a great job. Michel had to work extra hard and long to get the bolts off of the top as they were rusted and threadbare. But he persevered and got the job done. I appreciate his extra efforts and will see him again in 4 years!

Barb and Michel are wonderful to deal with and always respond immediately to the call. They have gone above and beyond to serve my site. The expenses of sewage disposal raised by the city resulted in them having to raise there price for removal which is understandable and we would not expect them to eat the cost or how would their business survive and thrive. Happy to deal with them any time! Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!
