RPM AUTOTECH INC.

I used to own a Mercedes. I got the rear brake/rotors replacement done at RPM, paid about 800$ for parts and service. A month later, the brakes were making some squealing noise so I went to them for brake inspection. Drove with the mechanic, the problem was not reproduced. The car was lifted up to see if there is any problem. After the inspection, no trouble was found. The bill was handed over to me(1 hour labour), which I paid and started to leave.But, the car won't start at all. Was told to leave the car for troubleshooting and they'll tell me what's wrong. Couple of days later I got a call mentioning that the Electronic Shifter Module of my Mercedes failed and it has to be replaced. The used replacement part was ordered and after about 12-15 days I got my car back along with a bill for 1000 $+ in part and labour.And I went there just to get the brake inspection done. That was the last time I visited them and I learnt my lesson. Never again.

I had an emergency when an electric motor on my car would not shut off. I asked them to look at it or disconnect it but the owner refused saying he did not have time. I said if something was not done right away, the motor would probably burn. He agreed, but still would not look at it.

Really disappointed,they gave me a price behind the phone and then they gave me another price on the spot for the job and they said they never said that behind the phone!!!!

I popped into RPM unannounced this morning to see if they could help remove a nail from my tire and patch it up. Without hesitation they took my car in and I was out of there within 20 minutes. They were very friendly and fairly priced and the fact they accommodated me right away left me with a great impression. It was my first experience with RPM but will not be my last.

I have been going to this garage for the past 10 years. They service many types of cars, including my BMW. The mechanics are skilled and professional and the owners are knowledgeable and honest. I have referred other people to this garage as I feel that their price is always fair and their service is always good. I feel fortunate to live close by, otherwise I would have to get it serviced at a BMW dealership somewhere with much higher prices.

I rarely write reviews , but i could not let this pass. Aida Alex , Matt and the rest of the crew are amazing , I've been going to RPM for many years , over 15 , and I am always satisfied. But this last experience was the cherry on top! There was a slight problem with the part that was installed , and immediately they went the extra mile to make sure i was safe happy and satisfied. RPM are there to help their customers, they are honest and treat you like family ! Again thank you very much everyone and happy holidays !

This place is a rip off. I went to have my tires changed and they quoted me $75. When I went to pick up the car, they gave me some story about needing to rebalance and clean the wheel wells, which brought the cost to $150 +tax. They never even called me to ask for my consent to go ahead with the work. This place is the worst. Never going back there again.

Excellent service, professional inspection and fair rates. I had a used car inspected in July; the mechanics at RPM found 23 problems (major & minor) with the car. This convinced my naive son NOT to buy the car. Honest, up front and efficient; an excellent garage by my estimation. Owner & mechanic were willing to take the time to discuss the car's problems.
