My husband came to the dealership for a minivan/7 passenger a week ago, Kanesh was very detailed and provided all info on the inventory they had. I had to come separate with my kids because I couldn’t join him the first time. Kanesh was very patient and gone through all details with us again , even to my kids. Loved the warm conversation and the care he took to show the features. We came in without prior appt and he still accommodated us in the midst of his appointments. I saw him close a deal for a couple, prior to seeing us. Dealership overall and the individual made a big difference in this transaction. We have always been Honda/Toyota users, this the first time using Chrysler Pacifica. There was no sales pressure, loved the overall experience.

Loved my experience with Scarborotown! I never felt pressured which is rare. Arden did a great job at matching me up with a great truck with everything on my wish list! He was so friendly and dedicated to helping me. The finance team was great also, never making me feel pressured to purchase extras. We came in to check pickup trucks and Mr Kanesh helped us with finding the one we were looking to find. We test drove a couple of FD-1500’s and discussions are on to book one which looks quite appealing and a beast of a machine. The service quality has been excellent.
