While I think that she is a wonderful doctor, the issue of trying to talk to someone in the office is impossible. It normally takes up to 40 calls to talk to reception and then to get transferred into the doctor's office is just as bad. The online booking is very limited in use .. if I just need some paperwork or a referral, I should not have to book an appointment. It is at the point where I need to drive to Dawson, pay for parking, go through the central reception and hopefully get my request to the office. This has been unacceptable for a long period of time ..
