Not very kind, they respond very rudely to emails. I was told one price then inquired on why the price had changed and also asked the deadline for when I needed to confirm for them to provide the service. The lady just told me how it would be and added that they might be “too busy” to provide their services to us. Not very impressed...but I am giving them one star as the guy I originally spoke to was kind and patient with me while we spoke and I had my babies fussing in the background.
