Mackenzie Municipal Campground

A great campground offering everything from just a picnic table all the way to full hook up service. The recently renovated bathroom and shower building was unexpected and a nice bonus to our stay. With its proximity to the town site, it was a great launching point to explore the lakes and mountains of the area.

Functional. Well located. Stated 2 nights in the unserviced camp section that has about 10 camo sites. Shower and washroom available. Excellent drinking water at the comfort station. Price was free for 2 nights because we were tourists. You could hear some traffic noise. Located beside highway access to the town, beside the Municipal offices. Sites are close together and open. Was a great place to operate out of, but if you want privacy, this may not be your site.

Stayed at the Morfee Lake location (ball diamonds). Sites were well maintained and level. No services. Very quiet.

Wonderful, reasonably priced campground. Cleanest washrooms we've ever seen with free showers!

Full hook-up . Very clean modernized washrooms . Sani-dump . Grounds well looked after . Quiet . Reasonable fees . Enjoyed camping here .

The price is so not worth what little you get. First off the campsites are no bigger then your travel trailer itself.. Like no room extra, barely enough for the vehicle you used to tow it there.They are not mowed often and mostly grass that gets very high.The website states Free WiFi.. (LIES, sure maybe if you sitting at the office you will get it... but definitely not usable at the RV sites.The website also states that they have public washrooms and showers, Also LIES. I was told two months ago that they are under renovations. So, naturally we had figured that by now they would be fixed. Well apparently they have been under renovations" for a few years now. So.. they seriously need to update their website and remove the out right lies.The People in the office are not that friendly either. It really is sad that they do not know the meaning of Customer Service.If you think "Ah
