I didn’t realize buying a mattress could be such a pleasant experience! Patricia at the Train Yards location was amazing. She helped us find the perfect mattress and came up with creative solutions to help us stay within our budget. Delivery was a breeze. Now we’re having great sleeps on a cloud every night :)

We bought 2 mattresses at the Train Yards location and dealt with Charissa. She was very informative and not pushy at all. We then visited the Orleans location on a Sunday afternoon to buy a topper for one of the mattresses to make is softer. Mike reminded us of their exchange policy, arranged it and got our replacement mattress in a few days. Both deliveries were flawless and hassle free. High quality mattresses and outstanding customer service.

We needed a new mattress and shopped around. We ended up calling Sleep Country at the train yards. The visit with Corey was even better. He helped guide us to the right one for my wife and I. He’s very knowledgeable with all the mattresses available and was very patient. Highly recommend going and speaking with Corey, you will not be disappointed.

The sales person was absolutely amazing; making sure we were informed and consistently trying out the beds to be able to correctly do the process of elimination. She was extremely patient with my elderly mother who was the actual customer. The only con was when it came time to settle the financing; we had the worst experience with the company in question. It took over an hour...

Sales woman ignored me when I first entered the shop even though I said hi. Then comes over about 10 minutes later asking me what I was looking for while looking annoyed. I said I'm looking for a firm mattress and she said well that one isn't firm. This one and this one is firm. I asked are those all of the firm mattresses you have? No, we have others. Walked away and never came back. Very rude and terrible at sales. Never coming back. This was the woman working Sunday at 4 pm January 29th. I suggest you speak with your employees about plain etiquette.

We bought a whole new sleep set: Simmons beautyrest mattress and box spring, mattress cover and a set of sheets. The service in store and delivery were excellent! The bed itself needs breaking in, but is now more comfortable. The only negative is the sheet set. We bought the PUR organic set and they shrunk after one wash- it is now VERY DIFFICULT to install the fitted sheet on the bed The error here is that the bed pocket measures 15 inches and so do the sheets. The salesperson should not sell these sheets with this mattress! This mattress requires extra deep pocket sheets!

We had an amazing experience at the Trainyards (Ottawa) store. Corey, the representative, took good care of us. With patience and care, and showing a deep knowledge of the subject, he took us through the store testing mattress until we found a good match. At the end we even bought more items, including pillows and protectors. Great experience! Thank you, Corey!
