I recently purchased a Cub Cadet zero turn lawn mower from Rosslyn Service. Terry and Shannon are absolutely fantastic to deal with. They both made the purchase extremely easy. All the accessories I wanted were professionally installed. A great family-run business.

Bought a Echo chainsaw from Rosslyn today, best customer service ive ever run into, full of gas and was shown on how to use it , big shout out to David in the garage for taking care of me and my dad , such and awesome company to deal with

Absolutley horrible customer service. Worst I have ever seen. I bought a bush hog from them 2 years ago. I need a replacement part for it. Went in their twice two weeks apart and they said they would get it. Called them once a week for 3 months. Still no service. Just lying through their teeth about being on the phone and figuring it out. Got to the point they didn't even remember talking to me. Same Lady. They Don't care about repeat business. I would never recommend this store in anybody in the tractor business. Absolutley unreliable. Talked to alot of farmers in the area and they avoid them like the plague. They all hate this home hardware.They have lost me for good. I will continue to spread the word on how bad they are like all the local farmers.

For the past 25 years we have been utilizing Rosslyn Home Hardware Store for most of our hardware and gardening needs. We find the owners Shannon and Terry, as well as their staff to be extremely helpful. Their staff have always carried the larger items to my vehicle with a smile:) Thumbs Up to this Mom and Pop business... who works extremely hard. I am sure through the pandemic they are needing to work so much harder to understand the constantly changing protocols such social distancing - curbside pickup, while keeping their staff and customers safe.

Unfortunately my experience with their service dept was not good. I found the service to be cursory at best. It was necessary for me to bring the chainsaw into another dealer for a full diagnosis, paying twice for the service. Disappointing.

I like to support local small businesses. I have no issue with paying for the work that is done. I do however have an issue when I am charged 2 hrs labour for what should take no more than an hour max to do. After questioning the owner as to why it took so long I was told Well I have to have gas and welding rod and other materials." I would think this would be included in the shop supplies charges. I reiterated to the owner that I felt it was excessive. I explained that I was trying to support small businesses and thats why I went there. He told me that he has lots of business. Apparently he does not need mine.Wow very disappointed considering I have purchased many items big and small at this establishment over the years."
