The gentlemen working at the store today surely knows how to multi- task. I came in after one customer and another customer came after me; he was able to get my passport photo printed while scanning a document for a customer and checking the email for another. Thank you for your service!

One of the Best UPS store in Mississauga.The Guy Bikash is awesome!!!I went to print 8 pictures for my passport but Bikash was well informed and he said 2 is enough for the Passport application.Passport and documents requirements is not UPS associate job but he went out of box to inform me even though he could have made money for the store!!!! Well deserve young man! Kudos

Came here to get my passport photo taken - staff were super friendly and patient, taking multiple photos and letting me adjust until I was happy with the final print! Always quick service for dropping off parcels as well :)

The staffs especially Bikash is so nice and considerate! I visited the store yesterday to printing information as I lost my dog. Bikash kindly and professionally handled my request. As he found out that I lost my dog, he shared personal advice on ways to look for my dog. He even helped searching for good websites to find my lost dog. When he picked up the information that I found the dog, he stopped the printing and refunded me with the difference! He showed great empathy and excellent customer service with clear disclosure to fees. Thank you so much for your help yesterday Bikash! UPS store should definitely hire more staffs like you are!

A worker named Mohammed Ali was very helpful and cooperative. He explained eveything to us and took the time to properly pack our box and tell us the best way to pack boxes. Great experience!

Muhammad was great! Used this UPS store for one of my businesses last minute marketing materials. He was able to get all the material and print it within a tight deadline, even taking the time to adjust the borders for a proper print. You will not be disappointed with this stores customer service or their printing service!
