Butterfly Conservatory Parking

This is one place worth paying for parking. A few hours here can really b away from the traffic & a piece of mind. A lot 2 xplore

We were pleased to find there is no charge to visit the botanical gardens which is part of the Butterfly Conservatory. The botanical gardens are sprawling over well maintained acres of land with exotic plants, hedges, trees and flowers. Due to Covid, some areas were closed with fences. But there was plenty to see and walk around. Humble request to visitors not to touch or pick on the flowers, leaves and fruits; some could be highly poisonous. There was a family picking Horse Chestnuts from the ground in bags. I cautioned them that not only they are extremely bitter but they are poisonous as well. They didn’t listen and countered that they need to be cooked before eating.

Such a beautiful conservatory, it’s a MUST VISIT among the Niagara parks attractions. Waiting time is barely 10-20 mins on weekends and there are sooo many butterflies. I even got to take a pic with one on my finger tip. Botanical garden and glen trail are just beside too.

I recently visited the Butterfly Conservatory in Niagara Falls and I was absolutely blown away. From the moment I stepped inside, I was surrounded by the beauty and wonder of hundreds of butterflies fluttering around me.The conservatory itself is stunning, with lush tropical plants and flowers creating a truly magical atmosphere. The butterflies were everywhere, landing on visitors' shoulders and even landing on the plants and flowers around us.The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, sharing information about the different species of butterflies and their behaviors. They were also very careful to ensure that the butterflies were treated with respect and care, which I really appreciated.One of the highlights of my visit was the emergence area, where you can witness butterflies hatching from their cocoons. It was a truly magical experience that I will never forget.I also loved the interactive displays and exhibits that helped me learn more about the butterfly life cycle, their habitats, and the importance of conservation.Overall, I would highly recommend the Butterfly Conservatory to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It's a beautiful and unique experience that's perfect for all ages. Five stars all the way!

parking is not free here. there is plenty of parking available. best is to take a wego bus to come here, if you dont want to pay for parking. we did it as we were on niagara passes

Nice open parking. The rate was $3 per hour which is very fair.
