Disclaimer - Doing a review to get a bonus, but legitimately reviewing this spot.Was here twice during their new opening bonus for their discount over the holidays. I was not disappointed to drive this far for it (I live closer to their North York location).Auto tees are a blessing. I just wish the tee heights could have a few more higher settings. 10th was good for me but some of my friends usually tee it higher and struggled with the low tee heights for driver.Sensors overall I'd say is pretty accurate compared to other simulators out there. They pick up slices and hooks quite accurately.I prefer to hit it out of the rough patch because I have a steeper swing, I find the fairway" a bit too unforgiving if you "take a divot" after the ball. Kinda wish there was a bigger rough patch to hit off

I have been coming here quite a lot to improve my golf skills. Simulators are good and easy to use. Would have been a 5 star if 2 things can be fixed.1. Washroom is still not fully renovated after months of operation.2. No Air conditioning in the summer. This is unacceptable. Come on, Toronto summer is hot and people are playing under the heat of all the lightings as well. Almost impossible to play here in the hot summer days.

Booked last minute and time slots were available surprisingly. Lots of different courses to play and practice opportunities. Will definitely go back on another rainy day!

I have been going to the Markham location since 6 months. Got to say it is the best golf sim place I have been ti so far, based on the price you pay and what you get in return.Lots of bays to choose from. Online booking system is super user friendly. Tracers system is very accurate and comes with good selection of courses and practice modes.Plenty of car-parking and coupons are regularly provided during special occasions.Highly recommended everyone to give this place a try. The different surfaces mats are dope!

I have been visiting this Markham facility every week from opening with my friends, it is our favourite indoor Golf place we all have enjoyedhigh-speed camera and motion sensor provide golfers the ultra real indoor golf experience. It is very helpful to improve my swingAuto tee is great and very convenient . I just wish the tee heights could have a few more higher settings. 10th was good for me but some of my friends usually tee it higher and struggled with the low tee heights for driver.The unmanned system is well made, easy to book online and the door access makes sense.Overall, great spot for practice. Good value for the mid-higher priced locations. Definitely recommended for the more serious golfers.

*update March 2023*Wanted to give this establishment another try because the first visit didn't go so well.- Friend had a lot of difficulty signing up for new account. Called customer service during hours listed and he sounded like he was still sleeping.- Friend thought booking was confirmed but didn't receive key so customer service let him in- Tried to log into the Run Golf software through the WeChat app and it still did not work- Eventually, customer service called friend to let him know there was a booking error and payment didn't go through so they rightfully turned off the simulator- We both tried to rebook, but it wouldn't go through. Called customer service yet again, who basically said in Mandarin what do you want me to do about it?".... so we left.- Have been playing on golf simulators for over a decade and have likely tried all the major operating systems in both automated and full service locations- Honestly at this price point

Good place, tracking is very poor thought. Ranges are extremely inaccurate half the time. If they can get a handle on that It would be flawless

Went with my friend on a rainy day. The place itself is a good golf getaway for days with poor weather. Simulators worked most of the time with the odd shot not inputting. Would have highly recommended if not for the HORRIBLE smell and unfurnished washrooms with no soap or paper towels. 4 stars if they can fix both those issues.
