The Valley is a restaurant we try to visit on special occasions.The meals there are always fantastic and dining there can feel like an experience.During covid they had these beautiful privacy walls that really made you feel like you were in a small restaurant in Europe. They've since removed some, and I wish they'd bring them back because we loved the intimacy and privacy.Always excited to come to the Valley for dinner.

I just don't know where to start. This restaurant was my second Italian restaurant and they have lived up to my expectation. The food was absolutely delicious. The asparagus soup of the day is amazing. Presentation was exceptional. I will definitely visit when I am in St Catherine's again.Well done to the service and chef.

A fantastic experience. Amazing ambience, great staff, an attentive and talented chef who made veal especially for us.Their new outdoor patio/terrazzo is wonderful.Highly recommended. A gem near Sunset Beach!

We waited approximately 20-30 minutes for our table despite have a reservation but it was well worth it. Our server was attentive and offered amazing recommendations. Food was excellent. Definitely plan on coming back.

This restaurant is amazing and I did not want to leave!!! Our server Andrew was amazing and had a great sense of humour. The food was amazing, I had the Positano pasta. The noodles were so fresh and the lemon was AMAZING!! We ate on the patio and it was so quiet, relaxing and an amazing atmosphere all around. You have to get the Aligo e Formaggio was an amazing appetizer ❤️❤️❤️

We came to celebrate my Mom, Sally’s birthday.. first time I had ever eaten and WOW we had an phenomenal time. Service was excellent, food was terrific, and the vibe was perfect. My favourite was their homemade focaccia bread! Highly recommend!

Outstanding experience at an old restaurant with many decades of history. The soup was fantastic. The food was tasty. Cozy place. Servers are friendly. The chefs are exceptional.Expect some delay when placing orders. I presume that is because food is made fresh... Which is a good thing.A really good place for a relaxed dinner when visiting Sunset Beach.

Been here a few times over the years. Got food poisoning from their NYE dinner 2023. Came here recently, tried to give it an other shot but it was terrible. Everything was doused in cream, balsamic vinegar and cheese. It was weird and completely inedible. Valley used to be really good, not sure what's happened since covid, but quality has really gone down hill (especially for these prices that you pay). Service was decent but overall not a pleasant experience. Will not be returning.
