Robert Chelin DPM - Aesthetics In Podiatry

Saw Sr. Chelin for what I thought was bunion. He quote me 5k for corrective surgery. Went to Toronto Western at a renown surgeon to find out it was arthritis. He was going to cut a tendon, etc. Makes me wonder how many other people had unnecessary surgery for $$$$$I would rate him 0 but there was no option for that score. Scam

Definitely 5 stars are deserved. I have been a patient of Dr. Chelin's for over 10 years, my husband is a patient of his now as well. Dr. Chelin goes out of his way to make sure all of your questions are answered. He works with you to address your health concerns. Dr. Chelin and his staff are very professional, thorough and detailed. He spends the necessary time with each patient as well as answering any concerns you may have. What doctor do you know that gives his personal cell phone number to patients after having Surgery? There is no other Podiatrist that I would recommend. If you can get an appointment with him take it! Thank you for letting me be a patient.

Wow, terrible experience. I cannot tell you how rude the receptionist was. I live in Mississauga, and took a 1 hour commute to get to the doctor. My train was delayed by 20 minutes, I decided to call the front dresk and tell them I may be 10minutes late, they said okay. When I got there 10 minutes late, they told me I could not see the doctor, in a vulgar tone. I now have to rebook my appt in July. I was literally in tears as I spent 40$ to commute there and back just to be harassed by a rude receptionist. I would definitely not recommend coming here as you will be harassed by the receptionist.

I only made a call to see how referrals work and if i can make an appointment. The lady who answered the phone, kept making fun of the way I pronounced podiatrist saying pediatrist is for kids, ignoring the fact that I kept saying I have pain in my foot. Wow. I am speechless. Ibelieve the other reviews now, just hearing the condescending voice of this lady. Will not be going here. No one needs this kind of extra stress in their lives.

Dr Chelin DPM, is an outstanding podiatrist. I see him regularly for my heel spur. I am very very happy with his treatment and services. He and his team are very capable caring and organized. They are also very cordial. I am grateful for his wonderful service and recommend him highly to people who want the best possible care for their feet. If I could give a higher rating than 5.0 I would do so.

This place is not good. I don't recommend anyone going here. Receptionist is extremely rude has no client service skills what so ever. The doctor said he was going to contact me back in a few days and took him 2 weeks after Following up and prodding the receptionist. I went in there to see if i was a candidate for hyprocure. In the end of the day I was not , Which I had a feeling the doctor knew that i wouldnt be.But didn't stop him for taking advantage and overcharging me. Without notifying me of the charges for the extra tests.

Dr. Chelin provides excellent care. His vast knowledge and desire to ensure your concerns are addressed is not only rare, but very much appreciated. I highly recommended Dr. Chelin.

I have been using the services of Meredith Cossitt for at least five years. Very professional and provides high quality services. She also has a great personality and conversation skills which makes the time sitting on the chair while she does the work on your feet just fly by. Highly recommend her services.

Do not attend this office unless you want to be harassed by a very disgruntled employee. While my children were with their doctor (and as to not disturb other clients in the waiting room) I stepped out of the office and into the hallway to take a business call. As I was completely alone and did not have to worry about others sitting within six feet of me I lowered my mask so that I could speak more clearly. All of a sudden a lady (who I later learned is named “Robyn”) came into the hallway yelling that I should be wearing my mask. This went on and on until she reached the elevator. When she returned she continued yelling at me until she reached her office! (At this point I had my mask properly on my face).I was completely shocked by her outburst! She was abrupt and unprofessional. The manner in which she yelled at me was completely unacceptable! She was so agitated that I was concerned for my well-being. I had approached Dr. Chelin’s office to place a formal complaint, but Robyn refused to open the door, in fact, she held it closed so that I could not enter the office and started screaming that she was calling the police! When I went back to report this behavior to my Doctor he then went to Dr. Chelin's office in hopes of speaking with Dr. Chelin as well and she behaved in the same aggressive manner.Others should be made aware of this type of violent behavior especially in a professional office building with children nearby.

Dr Chelin is amazing!! He always takes the time to listen to my concerns and carefully explains procedures to me. I am so glad I found him! He is the best podiatrist in Durham!!! I also find his staff to be friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this clinic!!
