These people don’t drive very well. Not only do they not know how to use cruise control on the 401, they go both slow and fast making me pause my cruise control every 5 seconds. I would ‘veer’ away from this company.

My mom’s furnace was having problems, working intermittently. Called Lamantia, referral from a neighbor.He told me it would be a few hours, and it would cost $, just so the service call. I said that would be okay.He called to let me know he was on his way, and how long it would be. When he got there I explained what had been happeneing. He was able to fix the problem, no parts required. Even gave us a seniors discount. Gave me his card, could tell I was still concerned, promised he would be right over if it stopped again.Would definitely use them again if needed. Polite, empathetic, fair and honest.

Recommended to us by friends who were also very happy. We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner. They beat everyone in price and warranty, we had 4 quotes. They were very tidy and efficient during installation. Highly recommend.

I had Tim put in a gas line in my home about 17 years ago and he did a fine job, so when I called him when my furnace wouldn't fire up this fall I figured I would let him come over and fix it. Unfortunately I couldn't be home when he came over for the service call" my wife was home. Well it took him about 10 minutes to determine that my heat exchanger had 2 cracks in it? To my amazement he did not "red tag" the furnace and shut it down which is mandated by law

This company really cares about the customer. We're repeat customers. Lamantia installed tankless hot water and our new Rheem furnace. Our neighbors replaced their furnace after our recommendation. Professional installation was done at the appointed time and trouble free.

Great company to work with. Lamantia did our furnace 23 years ago and we had no problems with the system- it was time for a new unit. I am extremely pleased with the products and service provided by LaMantia Heating and Cooling.The weather was just starting to dip really low at night when my furnace stopped working. I had the Reliance Home Comfort plan (because I knew my furnace was old), so they came out to assess the situation. They told me that the furnace was shot. I got a quote from them for a replacement. The cost to replace the furnace was high but quite frankly I didn't know who else to call. Luckily, my neighbour sawthe Reliance van in my driveway.
