Look, if you're ok with a job that let's someone scream at you for 2 hours straight but would punish you for hanging up because they're not swearing at you specifically then you have the emotional detachment to work here. Otherwise avoid at all costs.

I worked there for 8 months. Their staffs are very professional, friendly and helpful. All managers are behaving you as he is your friend not boss. Loved this place.

Absolutely terrible employer, and they know it. Their entire business model is built on rapid overturn of new employees & holding onto what few longterm employees they can with laughable productivity competitions where one person can win a pair of headphones. The poor souls who get sucked into the culture there work harder than they would anywhere else doing similar work.

This is truly a great place to work. All we need at a good workplace is friendly staff, professional and caring management. Sutherland has got that for sure. All the people working there are just awesome. Management is really so good and cares for their employees. It could be stressful sometimes to work there, but its never because of the people around or the management but just the customers you are talking to, which is every where in the customer service no matter where you work. Long story short, SUTHERLAND IS BEST !! I really miss working there.

It is really bad place to work. Neither it is good for making money nor for learning. It is the worse place i have ever seen. They want us to work like machines/ Robot and pay nothing. They are so mean and do not care for our mental health. Just want to take those silly calls and just keep listening to the abusive language from those customers.
