Couldn't find exact stuff I needed for mites for the chickens but he found another stuff that works just as well took them quite a while he was very patient very good customer service thank you very much

My husband and I have shopping at this store for all our farming needs since we moved to Chilliwack despite their prices being higher on most of their merchandise then any other supply store in town. Their female floor staff have been absolutely amazing hence why we continued shopping there. However recently they have gotten a new employee who was rude and condescending while helping me a newbie with purchasing an electronic fence for my sheep. Once getting the product home it did not perform as described. When I went to return it he made another rude comment insulting me. Then informed me it was non refundable. Never once was it indicated that this item was not returnable and he most definitely did not inform me of this either upon purchase.Never the less their service is going down hill and I will never be shopping there again.Other buyers beware try CJ Brooks or Country West supply for better pricing and service.

I purchased a Patriot Electric Fence for $183.99. I talked with the employee about my situation and land and animals and what would work for me. It was recommended we purchase this particular product as it's supposed to be effective in heavy weed and pressure zones. They supposedly have written warning this product is non-refundable however as a newby I would have appreciated that made clear at purchase time as i did not notice the warning label.This product did not perform as was labeled and when attempting to return it I was made clear on the counter, covered by an object so it was not visible to customers what items will not be accepted through returns. This fencer is electric and they will not return it. Employee said I needed to contact the manager who is not on site and gave me her contact information, not making any effort on his part to navigate this matter in a professional aspect.I called Nicole Hurley on Monday May 4th early afternoon and left a detailed message. My phone call was not returned and I waited till Wednesday at noon to call again. I was greeted with the manager who informed me I need to go through Patriot for a return of my product.I find this customer service very unprofessional and unacceptable that they don't care about their fault in this and I will not be giving my business to this establishment again or recommending them to friends or family.

Cool little local store. I went in looking for some fly bait bait but they did not have it. Really geared toward horses but they have pet food and other farm and animal type stuff. They keep a clean shop and the employee was very nice. Great place to at least checkout if your in the area.

Love this place from jeans to home and garden to cowboy boots and clothing feed cats dogs accessories and cat and dog food you name it they have it. The best part is the customer service friendly staff professional and polite and very helpful!Lots of parking open 8am to 530pm daily. Love this place!$$$Check it out!! You won't be disappointed
