Excellent customer service! I want to give a huge thank you to the manager, Rob and his team. After paying for tire balancing TWICE at another shop and still not correcting my steering wheel vibration issue, I went for a second opinion. The team here listened to my concerns and were determined to fix the problem for me. Luckily Rob was able to diagnose and correct the issue within 30 minutes! One tire was 1 ounce too heavy, which should have been corrected at the previous shop. However, I am just happy that Rob and his team made sure to figure it out and all within very reasonable time and pricing! I truly appreciated that I wasn’t spoken down to once, which is usually the issue when a woman walks into car shops. Rob was very respectful towards me and was very happy to explain and show me things I may not have been aware of about tires/rims.Thank you again so much Rob! I will be sure to recommend Jiffy Lube to my friends and family for tires as well now!

Pathetic service! I was asked to be there an hour before (on call) - and I WAS THERE 1hour 15mins in advance. After waiting for and hour post reaching we were told - they can not work on our car cause they were about to close. Like this is your customer service!I confirmed from 'R0B' right after reaching and was told to wait.After an hour-long wait I was told they are done for the day and they no more can accommodate us.After making us wait for AN HOUR - He said he - assumed 'the tyres were 'ON RIMS' rather than just asking it upfront.NEVER EVER VISITING THIS PLACE AGAIN. NEVER.2mins drive from there - we called MR. L✓b€ and we were served within secs. With DUE RESPECT!

They refused to repair my tyre which was a little sad but yet they went above and beyond to help me get going for the day. Experienced and friendly staff. Nice little waiting room with magazines and cold water to beat the heat. Impressive staff.

Stopped in, without an appointment, received friendly, courteous service from every member of the team that I spoke with. They were quick and efficient. I have always enjoyed excellent service from Jiffy Lube and this trip was no exception. If you want value and service that make you feel respected as a customer, just drive up to this Jiffy Lube location.

Also aired my tires, checked all over and again, wonderful customer service. I was given a few car wash coupons, so that was nice and appreciated.I would recommend this Jiffy Lube.Thanks boys and to the manager Rob.

I went in for an oil change (my first on a new car) and I was immediately greeted with warm smiles and friendly introductions! I was serviced by Jennifer and a few other coworkers who were all extremely quick, very friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who likely knows less than the average car owner, I felt very comfortable and knew I was in good hands. They even gave me a free car wash and topped my washer fluid. Overall a great experience and will certainly return for future oil changes! Thanks Jennifer & team! ◡̈

Early morning timing was great with a drive right in" welcome. Service was quick

Got an oil change in April 2023. Got home after errands and travelling to see that my engine had no oil. The manager refused to pay for our tow back to the shop until we had to advocate for it. The manager was uncivil with our mechanic as well as with us. Now we need a new car and there is no interest from the manager of our concerns or impacts that they made. All because they didn’t put the filter on correctly.

To be honest, I live on the east end and closer to another Jiffy Lube location. But I always travel to the south end for my services. Their staff are professional, kind, and courteous, they always explain everything and keep me up to date on what they’re doing and they listen carefully to what services I’m in need of. They always seem to be enjoying their fellow work mates and are in a cheerful mood on the job.Highly recommend this location, I’ve been going for a couple years now for when I’m in need of a quick oil change and fluid top up.
