WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Please don’t trust her with a garment that is important to you, she overcharges and does a horrible job! I took my bridesmaid dress in for a simple hem and she charged me $140! When I opened it on the wedding day I noticed that the hem looked horrible, there were loose threads, the thread was bubbled in many places, there were sections that hadn’t been tied off and were beginning to undo itself. The person clearly noticed and had went back over it in a few sections but it just made it look worse.I brought it back to show her and ask for part of my money back (understanding that work was done and some money was reasonable just not $140!), she denied doing it, blamed someone else, and defended charging me $140 for something that was very clearly done poorly job. She would only give me back $25 since “part looks good” in her words. These are her standards so please don’t trust her with your important garments like I did.

Went in for a hem. She insisted straps needed tightening. I resisted. She said she would just do a couple small stitches- maybe a cm at most. I got the dress back - the hem ALONE came to $80, the straps were shortened by more than 2”. The straps were uneven and she did not even hem the LINING! It fell 4” below the hem she put in it. She was also late getting the alterations done and did not call to let me know so I sat around with my screaming toddler for an hour while she ruined the dress, charged me a fortune and did not once apologize. I left in tears.

The manager did a great job in a timely and professional way. Excellent work at putting in a front jacket zipper.
