Got the braised beef and tendon noodles for takeout and was happy with the food and service. I literally watched my noodles get pulled and cooked before my eyes as I waited.If you're ordering in store, the server meets you at the front, pumps some hand sanitizer in your hands before handing you the menu. I appreciate the attention to safety here.The food was packed in separate containers and the noodle and soup containers had a sticker for microwave times. I'd go with whatever you think is appropriate though because the soup boiled over for their suggested 3 minute time. The portion size was generous. Noodles were great texture, soup had a nice five spice meaty flavour but was a bit too oily. The beef and tendon were flavourful, although some of the tendon pieces could've been cooked longer. Their chili oil is very fragrant too but not spicy for my taste.The place is clean and service was friendly. I walked in to order right when they opened and got my food in less than 10 minutes.

The noodles are hand pulled, I don’t know where else in Ottawa they do this. The broth is delicious and the potions are huge. A small can easily feed two people. I ordered the dry noodles (hand pulled with bean sauce and meat), and the Brine pork intestine and pork belly, both were delicious however were advertised as spicy… they were not spicy at all. Their spice level there is very low, even their Chili oil they had on the table is not spicy. I wish they had a spicier hot sauce, other than that…great spot in the market. They also have these huge wooden spoon for the soup, Loved them! Service was great too!

We were greeted warmly as we entered the restaurant which was very clean and the overall atmosphere was a lovely one. The wait staff were attentive and friendly and the food was a definite highlight — affordable, generous portions (which are enough to share between 2) & incredibly tasty! Would absolutely return and we can't wait for our next visit.

this place is absolutely amazing! the staff is so polite and the food is so tasty! Got their signature noodle dish, and oh my god, the bowls are HUGE! The small itself was difficult to finish! the broth was yummy :) will definitely go again!

They were decent authentic Chinese northwest ramen. The Broth was tasty. The beef was flavorful. The noodles were just cooked right. The service was fine. The place was clean. Clean washrooms.

Quiant, Noodle house! They make the noodles fresh, which adds to the atmosphere. The food was suburb and reasonably priced for the serving sizes.Conveniently located in the market district. We went off hours and the place was relatively busy, we talked to another customer it was his second visit within a week. So they have a good clientele. If anything, I would say the seating is a little tight, but for the location what can you do.We will be back next we are in Ottawa

The atmosphere was nice, the place was clean. The service was fast and the waitresses were friendly.The food is really good and in large quantities at a fairly affordable price.

I had the beef braised noodle that comes only in medium size and medium noodles. The hand pulled noodles were delicious and the broth was so flavourful. Quick, efficient service but I would sit inside the next time, because I thought the patio chairs were uncomfortable.
