I had a previous bad experience at the Foul Bay location where they promised to but never did share my results. I complained to the main office & used this facility on the next visit & the incredibly helpful staff actually found & provided aLL my previous results. Plus I was promptly and courteously examined. Except for parking, I would heartily recommend this one.

Skillful staff. Hardly felt any pain when they drew my blood. However, they are quite busy. To solve the long wait time issue, they have an app that you can make an appointment before you arrive. If you do use the app, I suggest you to show up 10 minutes before your apppoint. Also, one of the reviews in Google maps is wrong, they don't do x-ray. West coast medical imaging is located next door, but you can not book your appointment with the app.

Stuff have a lack of knowledge, and were insisting, that I have to pay for something, that I know for sure, that is covered by my MSP, in the end I went to another life lab location, where workers clarified it, and done it as it should be , instead of demanding money, and refusing to help

Worst life labs ever! People don’t talk with you, and get mad when you ask how long it gonna take, it took us at least 1 hour from checking in and getting blood drawn.When I asked the receptionist if she knew how long would take so we can be seen by someone, she got mad at me and told me that there was only 3 of them, I told her that I knew that but I was waiting inside the booth for around 45 min at that point and my car was in the parking so I would probably need to add more time since was taking so long. Only after that she told me that I would need to wait at least more 20 min.Will never come back to this place!!

I would give less of I could. I have been in here 3 times in the past month. The first time it took them more than 45 minutes to get my tests ready and to understand the tests my doctor was requesting. The second time was too get another vial drawn because they screwed up and stored the original vial at the wrong temperature. And now I'm here 40 minutes past my appointment time because they lost my req form thay my doctor sent last week.... and I am waiting for my doctor to fax another copy

So on Thursday 22nd of September, I wanted to get some blood work done. Couple locations were closed early this day. So my only hope was the one on yates where I arrived at 4:30 but staff refused to let me in. There was no Google updates on the hours of operations of any of the location I visited and the one place that was still operative refused to give me service where it clearly states on the website that they are open until 5!

As a medical student our number our number 1 rule always is keep the patient feeling safe and comfortable with exposing as minimal amount of skin as possible. The doctors here do not seem to care about this, when getting an ECG I have NEVER been so exposed in the process. Extremely unprofessional. ALSO my doctor did not sanitize my arm before getting a blood test taken; something EVERY medical professional should know to do. This place is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I do not know how they are still running.

Unsanitary, nothing was wiped down before or after my visit. There were two 3/4 full used needles in open containers on either side of me and a general feeling of worrisome of being in that environment. Though the nurses were extremely nice and friendly that did my blood work, prior to, seemed overwhelmed and unsure of a lot of the tests to be given. Having said, the other nurses vaguely offered help and knowledge to her colleagues unfulfilled questions. Lack of team work, and a general confused atmosphere. Reciepts could not be printed for purchases. Rating 1 star for general discomfort and lack of sanitary in such an environment that should be very cautious of this.

Really great staff, and making an appointment got me in very efficiently. However, appointment wait time is 2 weeks and I’m in pain so I decided to do walk in this time. The app said wait time was 20 minutes, then an hour later, it says still another 30 minutes. I went upstairs and was told there were 4 people in front of me, but my wait time still increased by yet another 10 minutes. It’s a bit crazy. A lady in front of me complained that she had been waiting 1.5 hours. I would avoid this clinic for walk ins.

Yet another health care facility" that has one "working" receptionist that moves as slow as a sloth. Have fun taking an entire day off of work for something that should take 30 mins to an hour."
