Really great mac n cheese, had the great canadian and the plain mac a few times now and wasn't disappointed. If anything, it seemed like it's been improving since the first time I had it! The constant deals via delivery is also great. Owner is really friendly too, really feel like it's a passionate local joint.

The owner here is so welcoming and friendly. The Mac n’ Cheese Empanadas are extremely delicious, cheesy, and reasonably priced. I just had one and I’m already craving another.

Lovely food! Made quickly and was really satisfying. The pickle spears were great and I’m glad I got the Caribbean Mac and cheese. Would definitely order again!

My favourite Mac and Cheese place in Guelph! I love their Great Canadian and their Caribbean Mac and Cheese the most. The Caribbean is just the right amount of spice and was very flavourful! Likewise, the Great Canadian tastes very homey and they are generous with the meat portions as well. I also highly recommend their empanadas!I 100% recommend stopping by/ordering some Mac and cheese from The Mac Shack:)

I literally just payed 17$ for presidents choice white cheddar box macaroni. except box mac made by me would have been better cause the noodles would have been fully cooked. PLEASE go to mac & wings it’s 100000 times better.

This place is delicious! I got the Caribbean Mac and it was sooo good. The owner is also so lovely, definitely recommend giving this place a try

the owner nick is a great guy and a great owner as he greets his customers in a very welcoming and friendly way. everytime i come or order the food is always perfectly made with amazing quantities. definitely would recommend and will be eating here during the rest of my stay in guelph.UPDATEordered from this place a few more times and the experience just got better and better. the owner always recognized me or my name on an order and would write a nice message or occasionally toss in something to the order which would brighten my day. the great canadian mac has been my go to every single time and the empanadas are made perfectly. I ordered the Truffled Mac through Uber eats and unfortunately got the wrong order. I contacted the store and the owner was so sweet! He hand delivered my correct order to me! Excellent customer service! And the food was delicious on top of that! I would 100% recommend!

The Mac and cheese was absolutely to die for. The perfect balance of creamy and cheesy goodness. I could tell that it was made with love and care. It was one of the best Mac and cheese dishes I have ever tasted.I was also pleasantly surprised to find out that the owner offers student specials. As a university student myself, I always appreciate a good deal. The fact that the Mac and cheese is reasonably priced is just the cherry on top of an already amazing dining experience.I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
