Costco Hearing Aid Centre

Customer service team have poor skills. Today it was raining and they kept customers for returns to lineup in the rain although there was no lineup inside where there is signs to stand. When I complained I was told to go home if I didn’t like it. This is a bad and poor way to treat Costco Customer.

Hey guys.Today I have a very bab experience with costco at Erb.St.W. WaterlooI went there for return my TV. I know costco have 90 days return policy. But the front desk lady call one of there supervisor or I don't know how is he. He told me why you are returning the TV. I said because I lost my job and this is within 90 days return. He said no this is not good I know the TV prices are come down that's why you are returning this.At the end he said you are not allowed to buy any TV from Costco in futureHe was very aggressive. I can easily feel his face impressions and aggressive voice.I had very good experiences in past eight years with the Costcowhat I know about Costco policy you can buy whatever you want to buy in Access and if you don't need it you can return it.This was my opinion about how the Costco's work.But I was wrong this is not Costco policy any more or I don't know what is happening with themThey need to review there policy because I feel insulting on front of so many customer and employees.He didn't know what is the pain of jobless people in this pandemic
