Small portions and expensive food. Some of it, like the sushi, is not even good. The service is decent - some servers are really great, some servers are downright rude. One server insulted me for not being sure if the dish she was bringing was my dish at a table of 17 people for whom I did not know everyone's order. One server took pictures for us! The atmosphere is nice especially on the patio. I'd only go if I had a gift card.

Can't believe that we were so treated like Royalty. The waitress was awesome, the manager was extraordinary. And yes, check this place out if you have an already.

Great place to take the kids! We took em for the first time tonight and they loved it, our server bill was very nice and polite. Service was fast, food came out quick. The manager Al was awesome, he came over talked to the kids and gave them a slice of very delicious cheesecake!One thing I would recommend is writing up a kids menu. Great experience overall :)

Came here for my husband's birthday dinner, we were sat in the lounge just after 8:15pm, the hostess who sat us was awesome, and the food was good. However, our server was not very friendly. She first came over and would only speak to my husband and seemed bitter towards me when she took our order / gave us our food and drinks. (She definitely was not thrilled when she found out I was the one paying for the meal after catering to my husband). Since it was my husband's birthday, I talked to her privately about getting his desert for him brought to the table. No happy birthday song was sung with all the servers like they usually do & did that evening for another table. The server told me when she delivered the desert that it wasn't really her thing to sing it." The least she could have done was maybe give him the desert for free if singing happy birthday with a group of other servers isn't her thing. When I asked for the bill it took her almost 15 minutes to come back with it

The waitresses kept the Coca Cola flowing to the table for 6 thirsty guys. I don’t remember her name, but I really appreciated the effort, even when the bartender wouldn’t let us have a pitcher.Anyways, the 5 stars are for her.

It's been a while since I was last in Earl's and I feel like I've been missing out! The patio is decorated in such a gorgeous way, the ambiance is incredibly enchanting. The food , albeit a bit small in portion size, is absolutely delicious. Our server was so lovely and attentive without being overbearing. A great place for date night.

Food was tasty and high quality as usual. Their new brunch potatoes are delicious! Happy hour has great prices!Bri has served us on the patio a few times and always impresses us with her level of service! She keeps us coming back!

Atmosphere was great. Apple blossom decor is very nice for Summer, makes you feel like you are in Japanese garden.The food was good. Had a dry piece of bread with chicken ceasar sald, which was weird.. you guys should change it to classic garlic bread or toss out dry piece of bread all together.

Came here for happy hour with a friend on a Sunday afternoon and sat in the glass patio. Tried two different drinks and they were both delicious however my food came out wrong. Our lovely server quickly fixed the issue. The food was delicious but small portions, I ended up leaving hungry. Was nice to have some vegan options and the staff were fabulous but still a bit disappointed.
