Roberts Bay - Shoal Harbour Migratory Bird Sanctuary
A rewarding place for bird watching as it is a bird sanctuary and many shore birds as well as Eagles can often be observed. If the tide isn’t to high, the pebble beach is a good place for a lovely walk. There is some parking right at the beach and street parking in close proximity.

We love the peace and tranquility here. My granddaughter spends hours just playing in the sand and watching the many birds. Today she found a lady bug in the water, brought it into the sun and once it was dry it flew away. Such a good spot to enjoy family time.

Pebbly, rocky beach. Saw a heron standing in the water and three young ones sitting tall in their nest high up in a tree (mid-June).

Small area with a nice rocky beach. Saw a lizard or two here on the logs near the sign and the bench. Not a lot of parking from this location, there are a couple of one-hour spots. It is a public beach/public beach access. Didn’t see any of the birds at the time that I went in the evening.
