Amazing Canadian Tire location. I think it's the largest in Canada. Two stories with lots of inventory and a decent sized Lego section tooLots of sports gear and accessories etc. Appliances galore as well!

Do NOT buy any products that are above $100. Buying from any other store is better than here. Canadian Tire has the worst return policy. Once the customer buys a product they are left high and dry. Worst store. I’m surprised they are still functioning …Products are bound to have defects at some point and the return policy is so trash. You will not get your money back and their warranty doesn’t provide any benefits because you have to cover overhead costs.I bought a lawnmower, and within one year it broke down. I went to get warranty on the lawnmower but they use a third party. It was impossible for me to claim warranty.

In-store computer directory provides quick and easy access to the item you’re looking for. They had the plumbing item I needed. Quite pleased, as their competitor did not.

Love this store. It has everything. And their inventory seems to be a lot more accurate then other stores. If you search for something online and it says the store has one or two. They do have it. Whereas other stores may not despite what the inventory online says.

Seems as if there isn't a wider breath of products that is out on the floor but just that there is more of everything. Same types of dog toys and crazy amount of Bernardin jars. No additional types. Also, we went to get a bulb for a burnt out trail light and they were out. The other bulbs only had a few of each. Seems a bit of a waste of space. They could use all that space to bring out test products etc.

They worked with robot system, they trained to lure people by recommending more and more work even if that not into the client sake, I came today to fix one flat tire ending up paying 2000 for new tire set, then alignment, then change the control arm because this the only way to get my alignment done perfectly according to their recommendation. Later the results was not perfect because something else need to be fix .. even though they completed the task and charge for it despite if that useful or not, despite that your car will go to the garbage but no one think twice to give a call or diagnose the car status in general and discuss if it worth or worthless… I am really surprised and shucked of that way and never expected from the most famous Canadian Brand

I was there for replacing a couple of Auto parts of my VW Tiguan. Patel helped me understand the issue and provide the best solution to fix the issue. His recommendations were genuine and I am glad to have him and the service team work on my car with care.I thank Patel and his team for the work and I'll definitely be back for any auto related issue. This is definitely the best and honest garage in Edmonton.

Exceptional customer service from an attentive employee, I believe his name was Jerome. The air conditioner I wanted wasn’t on the floor, it was in the warehouse area, he told me to wait in the aisle and he would be back with said product in 10-15 minutes. As I waited with my cart in the aisle, my friend brought to my attention that this young man was hauling the air conditioner over his shoulder from the other end of the store. Of course when I saw that I went quickly to meet him with the cart, and thanked him as much as I could. I was and still am so grateful for his hard work, manners, and customer service, all while smiling. Big thanks to him for all of his hard work and great attitude!

I claimed tire Warranty, and staff checked my old tires and ordered new tires for me. I thought everything went smooth and trusted them. However, when I sent my car in to get tires installed after several days of waiting, they called me that I was not eligible for the warranty. I had to drive back home with nothing done. It was such a waste of my time and they won’t make up for my loss. Very very disappointing experience. I suggest not trust Canadian Tires and go buy tires somewhere else who won’t let you come and go multiple times to get things done- oops! It was not done in my case. Also don’t buy extended warranty. It’s a waste of money. I won’t buy any tires from them. Costco has better customer service and much cheaper price for tire exchanges.They also ripped my tire bags without replacing new bags, and put non-fully covered dirty tires in my back seat and trunk.Updates: Manager Trevor followed up on my case and helped me through. It was a quick response after I contacted Canadian Tire Corporate Customer Relations. I eventually had my tires exchanged. Thank you.
