Woman put wrong thing on the screen , argued that what I was asking for didnt exist , took a photo of it on their screen an showed at the window and she continued..... needless to say my pregnant wife didnt get what she wanted from that Tim's

CFB Petawawa has a great location. Never have I seen a cleaner Timmies location. The bathroom was spotless. Coffee fresh. The service is great too.

Might as well do a mobile order through this place because you’ll get your order faster then waiting inside the store, in house customer service is a joke. Waited 20 mins in line to get a coffee because they’re so focused on mobile orders and orders from the kiosk. Figure it out

this place is out of everything take the drive to a different tim Hortons if you want anything, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to have to change my order 6 times they don't clean off there tables after someone is done eating and took 3 dollars of my change the service is horrible my dog could work better hereI HATE THIS PLACE

Absolute worst! Never have egg ready, always have to wait. Waited in line today for 20 mins and got a sandwich that a two year old could have made better. Pretty sure there's half a bottle of sauce on it. Handed me two napkins for this disaster that had sauce all over them. Gave me the wrong drink but caught it before I pulled out. Never going back. Do not recommend. I used to work at Tim Hortons and this is whack.

Not particularly busy if you have the chance to go after the work day begins. Their sugar and cream machines are apparently not correctly calibrated, and once I waited in the drivethru lane for over a half hour before getting to the order speaker, then the debit machine failed when I got to the window. Still the only good coffee available on the base.

By far the Worst Tim’s I have ever been too, no matter the time of day, or number of people in the line you’ll be waiting an easy 20 mins, it’s rare for them to get an order correct. The drive thru is always brutal, don’t waste your time or money coming to this location.
