I did the yogasana workshop with her. She is a good teacher who focussed on making me learn the right posture and the right way of doing it. I started to feel calm and relaxed after the first session. This is yoga in its purest classical form. Learning the asanas properly is important. I would highly recommend her.

I recently completed the Bhuta Shuddhi process with Pavithra Akka. She easily guided me through the process and cleared doubts that I had.
