Wendy is an absolute angel! She is so well educated on the different types of flooring and which type fits best for your needs. She is very informative and helps you understand the different levels of wood. She has made me feel so comfortable every single time I have interacted with her. If you are going here ask for WENDY!! You will not be disappointed!

We paid a $500 deposit to book the hardwood we selected with the condition that if the contractor we hire would be buying it for us in an all-inclusive deal, then we will cancel and we will get the full deposit back. We looked at the fine print about the cancellation charges and asked if we will get the full deposit back even though it says there will be cancellation charges. Kumar the salesman convinced us that we don't need to worry about it and that this is just from an accounting perspective they need to mention and we should trust him that if we cancel we will get our full refund of the deposit.It turned out that was not the case. We had to follow up with numerous daily calls for more than 2 weeks to get our partial deposit money back. Even after that, we were refunded only $296 (from $500) and the rest was not refunded. So much for putting trusting them!We purchased from them back in 2013 and the experience this time was horrible. I would not be entering their establishment again and would be advising the same to friends and family.

Great place, great people, great floors! The 4.2mm Toucan vinyl floors I bought definitely is the best floor I ever had. Great quality, easy to install. Choosing the right floors really save me time and a lot of money!!! Absolutely recommend! Sales reps in the store are professional. The older lady at the front desk gave me wonderful experience of buying floors. Their hospitality is proverbial.

Great place, would highly recommend!! The staff and the owners are highly knowledgeable and took time to understand my requirements. They got me a beautiful wide plank hardwood for our custom home and stained it to our exact shade.The whole experience was very easy and smooth, not to mention- the prices are unbeatable!!

Despite all the negative reviews, I had a good experience with Brampton Hardwood Floors. Kumar was very helpful, arranged for payment over phone and delivery was on time. The product that I received was as described, and the quality is good. All the planks are in good condition as well.

Don't know where to start and where to end. These guys are nothing less than fraud, full of deceit & malpractice, customer service to poorest standards. They show one product and sell/deliver another. They market their own brand of flooring which is of poor quality and lure you away from known brands which they only showcase. My $10,500 were stuck with them for more than 4 months as the sample they showed me was different compared to the original product and they refused to accept it. Finally I filed a complaint with my credit card provider and got the transaction disputed. If anyone is facing issues getting back their money, the best way is to reach out to your credit card company and have the transaction disputed. Joe, their GM is the only sane person who initially made an effort for a resolution. Towards the end they were using delaying tactics, not responding to calls or messages an had me stuck. If it wasn't for my Credit Card company my project would have been delayed. Avoid this company and just read the other reviews.

Great product!! The whole team is highly experienced and have in depth knowledge. They were able to guide me into the right product and gave me great deal on it!!Definitely recommend it over all the big boxes for a boutique experience.

Good place for flooring needs. They have wide selection of hardwood, engineered wood, laminate and vinyl. Not so much in porcelain tiles and almost nothing in natural stones. Ask for better price than what's displayed and they'll do something.but BEWARE since the sales guys make you buy extra concealing the fact that returns are charged 15% administration fees. It's a pain to return stuff once you buy it.
